Anybody know where to sail in Sarasota, FL? My searches so far have come up with Bird Key Park on Ringling Boulevard (causway). There also looks like a shop called Island Style Watersports. I'm going down in February to visit my folks.

about launches ... but i do know that the shop is hosting a race the weekend before calema, the twenty-ninth ... here is a link to the south florida board sailing association website .... you might also want to post on their forum, im sure some of them would know.

The causeway is actually a pretty good place to sail. You can also sail off the beach but I'd think the causeway is more your cup of tea.
