Dou you know of a local sail repair loft? The old North sails location doesn't seen to want to work on windsurfer sails (and I'm not sure I'd want them working on mine anyway).
I have a mast sleeve that's opened up some stiching inside, near the head, causing the mast to go in a place it doesn't belong (make up your own joke). They called from the loft today and said they "couldn't even get the mast they have half way in..."

flipper got some good work done by the aerotech guys down at Sandy Point. $100 to replace a main panel, redo some stitching at the top and some other tlc.
You aren't trying to nurse the IMCO are you Chris?

on the website is also a link for a lady who does work up in NJ.
If you just want to seal up a non-structual seam or even one that take a bit of pressure, get a tube of Windshear and glue it. Or use Windshear and tape over it with signal cloth (adhesive-backed dacron)
wf
windshear with wax paper on the inside and a heavy weight on top
or if there is a small 2 inch hole
cover it with a 6 inch patch use some cloth from a sail bag
and windshear it
