Heck - why not just use it on the water? Lol Instructibles tells how to make one. You just need a plastic tarp and some sticks.

But I was thinking of something more like this:

I think it could be launched from the water. Now if I just had the time, time, time.....

Time, time, time
See what's become of me

Time, time, time
See what's become of me
While I looked around
For my possibilities
I was so hard to please

William,

Why would you spend all that money when you can make one with stuff you buy at the Dollar Tree?
