seems as though they've had plenty of light winds, too. IIRC, the winds are very thermal which gives them a pretty wide range of conditions even in a day. I could be totally wrong but seem to remember that from somewhere.

Like everything else in the Mediterranean, the wind takes lunch off - siesta time. In Greece, everything shuts down in the afternoon (or did in the old days). You go eat, take a nap, wake up refreshed, do the afternoon/evening session, eat dinner at 10 pm and then dance till dawn.
The Evaluation Panel will spend Saturday preparing a report to the ISAF Events Committee at the Mid-Year meeting to be held in San Diego from 4-6 June.
Is Lake Garda really the logical place to do a test like this? I thought it was a pretty windy place.
