Due to a lack of parking spaces, this apartment is only available to ONE adult or ONE adult and one child. NON-SMOKING, NO PETS.

This Apartment has a large living/dining/ kitchen area with 2 windows, a master bedroom with a window, an office/study with a window, a guest bedroom and a full bath. There is lots of closet space. It has its own entrance from its private patio. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with top freezer with icemaker, double sink and full size electric stove with oven. Washer/Dryer connections are in the garage. It is unfurnished.

This apartment is located in a nice swim/tennis subdivision near the intersection of McEver and Gaines Ferry roads. The tenant has full use of all amenities. It is only minutes from Lake Lanier.

The rent of $750 includes all utilities except telephone. A refundable $500 security deposit is required. Tennant must be employed and pass a credit and criminal check. The apartment will be available September 15th, and possibly earlier.
