An enthusiastic French rec sailor nailing his jibes. Watch his footwork - quick switch pretty much straight into the new front strap and then sail flip. I think this is the Exocet RF81 board. He's gotten quite good in the last 6-8 months. He also windfoils a crazy amount. (maybe there's a correlation?)

Nicolas Caillou the boss and designer of Zeeko has offered a nice session of Windfoil with a nice speed and ease in a wind of 15/20 knots in 6.4 with some edges in the company of the double winner of the Challenge: Nicolas Warembourg.

ittle thought after some sailing in recent days (we had to find the wind here). We start to have good windfoil speeds.
And in the kitefoil it started the same way, at the beginning we are faster in board from a certain wind, but with the improvement of the foils, these wind barriers of shift more and more (and even now in 40nds of wind a kitefoil is faster than any kitesurf support).
At the moment the best V max are of the order of 35nds in carbon foil.
Last week a rider spent 31.5nds in V-max with a ZEEKO amplifier + wing race, all with a 90cm mast (30.3nds over 500m : Shock:)
On the video below I have v max of env 28nds in 6.4 in irregular 20nns in foil proto carbon (by the way for now it is not faster than amplify it, but the gain in cap is very important, more info soon)
Nicolas Warembourg was faster but my sail (skyscape) has no reputation for being very fast (and for having tried in foil a racing blade I confirm the difference in speed and glide, but this is not the program of the skyscape), but frankly it was not lacking much.
New 2020 Loft Skyscapes, their freeride foiling sail. It was a Skyscape ('19) that Nicolas Caillou used in the video above to scorch at 28 kts. The Skyblade is their racing model. Six batten, high aspect, cams and larger sizes available.
Bad news: no distribution in the US that I know of. I think there is someone in the Great Frozen North (Canada, home of Peelskid's geese)
More than you ever wanted to know about how much tef-gel to use to prevent stainless steel bolts from sticking to aluminium masts and other foil parts.Hint - a lot more than I've been using.....
Also - some info in this seabreeze thread may be of interest to Slingshot foil owners.
No (like really NO) nose foil board by Tony L and then he shows us how to waterstart a 127 cm board. And, it doesn't look like he's spending a lot on big sails, masts or booms either.

The board Nicolas is riding is 81cm if anyone (Randy) is curious. (215x81 for the sticklers).
