Ha! The ‘who’ is Spiralbevel, the last guy to get a thread locked on this forum for being a world class a-Hole. Enjoy (although the best of the thread is no longer available, sigh Webguy had to be the mature one) https://windsportatlanta.com/content/virus-hybrid-foil-1318
Randy, that wasn't a Horue. I knew Horue and FRP (that ungainly foil) is no Horue. Side note: I personally can vouch for the floating ability of the Horue foils.
MDH (Alan), the video is by Nitro's buddy - the purveyor of the foil fin. Well, it turns out the foil fin was a bit of a dead end. So, he began building foils. He and the wing sail guy then proceeded to tell everyone on the Oz forums what geniuses they were and how all the other designers (and for some reason Robbie Naish and his foil in particular) were crap. He pops in over there every few weeks like that awkward relative with no social skills at a family function.
Edit: Nitro - he wasn't the last person. He's the only person ever blocked (outside of spammers, etc).
Edit II: For the curious, click at your own risk. https://www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Windsurfing/Foiling/Windsurfing-Foiling-2018?page=10 for a tasty morsel or two or three or...
Edit III: Nitro, I think there some good memories on page 2 of that thread you linked. btw, how's your book coming along.

I see he is making friends all over the world! I guess it’s not just ugly Americans annoyed with his tactics. My book is done, I just need to get a picture of Spiral for the cover!
World Sailing Show this month closes out with virtually a Horue compilation. Then go back and see the first part and the French 32m foiling trimaran. Amazing tech.
Racing in SF. 11 foilers and windsurfers for the weekly series. Looks like the foilers motor past the black/clear regular windsurfer in the first moments.
Meanwhile, new NP F4 foils. Wide mast like Tillo and Loke. Wings integrated with fuselage (looks like a PITA and expensive to me but I wasn't asked). They look great. Starboard kind of kicked their butt on the PWA last year nice to see them refining the design. Being F4, I wonder if any of the SF guys are riding the real F4 equivalents?
Chris, start saving up. Benjamin Tillier, who usually goes crazy fast, on strapless board and Taaora Noe 80 foil. iirc, Exocet rebrands the Taaora foils here in the US.
His who?

I want a foil for my van
Sorry - I got it confused because the thread I found it in was discussing the Horue floating foil.
What happens in a black hole stays in a black hole.
My bad. I misunderstood you.

Closing out the summer season in Oz.
Whaaat?
Yeah, isn't that boom low?
Wait... were you referring to something else?
When you get tired of the mast hitting the nose of the board and you just say $@%* it.

You know the foil is whistling when Youtube close captions the sound as music. (There isn't any soundtrack)

After reading excerpts from his letter, I wish I was as fluent in my first language as he is in his second. Well said.
