Anyone have creative, secure ways to transport masts on roof racks? Other than just strapping them on?
Not creative, nor cheap but secure is a proper quiver bag. The good ones are designed to be strapped to a roof rack - have loops, etc for the straps.

I forgot what vehicle you drive even though I stood beside it for an entire afternoon - no room inside?
Ive used one of these when traveling to FL.

Not sure how many masts you typically carry, but it might work. I just strapped it to the roof rails on my Outback.
Oh yeah, quiver bag. watch for ISO post in For Sail Forum!!
06 Chevy Silverado, Bed is just short of 6 feet, I can fit the masts inside but have to angle them and its a pain.
