Doubt anyone will be claiming that kite. And by now, the culprit has probably high tailed it back to Canada......(Or is Canadian Hole actually a Candadian Embassy or some place where they have diplomatic immunity?)

If it was anywhere else they would probably ban kites.
Kites really do keep the lights on at that place - no pun intended. Kiters and wingers will spend money. Windsurfers look through the pile of crap back in the consignment corner and buy a batten for $5.
