I was thinking of the poor souls who roll up to Vanns just after lunch when we are starting to pack up our stuff but I get your point.

I always thought Gene's description a few years ago of "It was a hard wind" was a good turn of a phrase.
Chris V reminds me that "Monkey humping" is a thing, too.
T.C., always a way with words, watching the Olympics a few years back and lamenting the lack of appeal to viewers- "They are pumpin' like humpin' monkees".

I was definitely confused what ‘Dots’ meant early on.

Just to be a stickler, the Corps prefers the acronym USACE now, but a lot of people still use COE or ACOE.
