Lake Lanier Water Level

We're now 3 inches above full pool (and rising). Who would have thought a year ago that the lake would recover this quickly.

The attached link has a nice graph of the water level over the past 5 years. I'm a little skeptical that they can accurately measure the level to 1/100 of a foot (a centifoot?).

... Chuck.

Thanks for the informative chart. Lets hope that the new concrete ramp installed by the Corps at Van Pugh holds up to the higher water level. The Ramp was put in so windsurfers can walk their gear down to the beach.

Tell me about it. It seems that my second job is to keep moving the dock inland.

As for the ramp, do you really believe that they installed it for the Windsurfers, if so, I have some really nice colorful toxic debt I would like to sell you.

I believe Barrett is correct. He happened to be there when the sidewalk was being poured, and made a case for us. Otherwise, I am sure that the sidewalk would have stopped higher up (with some steps to trip on, like before).
