So If a Hurricane is coming or a Quarantine is in place of course they wont be able to rent the house and you are out of luck. Basically if you personally can't come for any reason and they can still rent the house to someone else you will get less than half of your rental money back.
They now likely can't rent it out, so they should at least refund cleaning deposits, and any other charges like that. Also - room tax - since no one is in the rooms maybe they don't have to pay it.

Personally, I plan to isolate as much as possible in the middle of the lake.
The middle of the lake might be the safest place you can be. Just be sure you don't stop anywhere along the way, and keep your social distance. BTW- yesterday all the coastal beaches in Georgia are now closed (Tybee, St. Simon's, Jekyll, etc) Glynn county (Jekyll, Brunswick) is another Atlantic coast hot spot according to that map. The map doesn't show were there are a lot cases, but rather where there may be next week. It showed the NY area as a potential hot spot last week and here we are.

On Wednesday, I'm going to be a resident of Hall Co. from about noon to 6 pm. We did a good job of respecting social distancing this Sunday when we rigged.
I read all parks in Cobb county have been closed. All parks closed in Dekalb, and Gwinnett, and in Sandy Springs. You might want to just move to your lake house.
Still no word though on the city of Atlanta SIP so who knows.
