I'll try to find out more but it seems the server is down for a "quarterly check"
July 25, 2002 1200 UTC NCEP has scheduled their quarterly test of their back-up systems. Some 1200 UTC products may be disseminated late or not at all.

I'll try to program in this option, too, into the page. I'm not sure it existed when I wrote the page as it is new and they were phasing out the old AVN then. It also appears that over time NGM is being supplanted by AVN, anyway.

Oh, and numerical ngm is still available http://www.windsurfatlanta.org/cgi-bin/winddb/mos.cgi
(Hint: page defaults to Atlanta, so just pick ngm and don't bother picking a city and you'll get the ATL NGM)

In the meantime, you can use avn via it's source:

It is again updating. I'll try to stick the other code in sometime, though.
