When I went to the Gorge I was crazy about  8) the weather. the water was cool,when my wetsuite wasn't on.When I was in my wetsuite the water was cold at first, then after a while I was pretty warm. I was on a 1.7 sail, I'm only nine :). i was forced to walk a lot in the beginners pond  >:(. I tacked a lot. A bunch of people were rippin' the waves. Before my lessons I just sat on the board without the sail. A lot of people were kite surfing. the beginners pond was BORING!!!!! The wind was low in the beginners pond, but in the advanced it was really windy.
