Darn it Randy, I have to agree. It's amazing how the eagle effortlessly soars, sometimes coming within a foot of trees hugging the mountainsides!
There is currently a series of Nature programs, called Earthflight, showing on Public TV. The series includes the use of miniature video cameras mounted on birds trained to carry them, filming from ultralights and planes. The series took four years to film and the images are spectacular.
