In the comments, they affirm that Old Fed Day Use is closing

As for opening, looks like March of next year: " The re-opening dates will occur in the Spring (March). We will post another announcement when the official dates are determined for all areas."

I'll see if I can get it changed by contacting my elected officials, they want my vote.
