I bought this sail last spring and used it fairly frequently. It does really well in light air and should be a really good summer sail.
Except this summer. I've used it once in June and once in late July. The rest of the summer, I used my GA 7.7 once. I've used a 4.7 about 3-4 times and the 5.4 about the same. In the summer. That's how weird this summer has been. Normally we get a bunch of marginal days and a big sail is very handy. Instead, my 4.7 could easily have been my most used sail.
No, I'm really not selling the HGO (note that this was not posted in the For Sale part of the forum by intention). I just want to point out how, well, weird the weather has been.
Personally, I blame someone who finally bought an 8.1 foil sail. That should have been the clue to go ahead and sell at least the Gaastra before I punched a hole it and the Severne, too. (No holes in the Severne, yet...).
Oh you !
I read the title and was ready to stop at the ATM on the way up tomorrow.
