Decent breeze at Sope creek mtn bike trails this morning; hope it translates to fun playing for you. For me, it seems like Pensacola trip gave me a fill from foiling for a bit; missed rowing and mtn biking. I know, i am definitely not a true wind sport fanatic. Oh well…no one size fits all in this I guess 😀

Joining the crew earlier rather than later. As Neil pointed out to me, this week has been better before 2 pm as made abundantly clear yesterday that Barrett got a good early session and I got an afternoon nap.

Barrett, Langdon and I took early shift. Having an 8 today was a good thing but even Langdon got a fair amount of rides on a 7.
