Catalina 25

I know this is not a windsurfing board or a kite, but it is for "Windsporting" and it will allow you to bring your family or friends out to enjoy the water and wind on the lake with you.

Catalina 25, (1981 model year).
Boat is solid and is ready to sail today, it's just the right size for sailing on Lanier. Sails are in good condition and include Main, Jib and Genoa sail. The cushions in the cabin are new as is the main sail cover. The motor is a 4 stroke, 6hp Mercury that is just 2 years old.
I have it listed below market value on CL (at $2995), but would sell to the windsurf/kite community for a rock bottom price of $2500.

I've had several offers on the boat at more than the current price, but seems that everyone who was really interested needed to transport the boat to their lake and since finding a trailer to borrow/rent for a sailboat is proving to be hard, the deals all fell through. So having said that, this boat will be most appealing to someone who would plan to keep it on Lanier.

Looks like you could live on it.

I'm considering purchasing it and making an airbnb.

25% discount to all windsporters. Biggrin

You would have to call one of the marinas and ask. LLSC would be a great option.
I keep it at my private dock so I really don't know.

Seems like I saw a sign at the corner of McEver Rd and Lights Ferry recently. $1100/yr for a wet slip at Aqualand.
