I have a training kite that I have been flying up at Galt's Ferry and Acworth Beach. I have gotten pretty good at flying it ... I can almost make the figure 8 loop. I would like to see what the water portion is like. This time of year when no one is on the beaches around here ... we do have some launching room. I'm afraid that once the warm weather arrives we will be very limited on where we will be able to launch SAFELY. I do visit Sullivans Island a few times a month ... I will be going again in the next few weeks. I will e-mail Ethiopia103 a week before ... maybe we can hook up.
Hey guys saw this post and had to respond, just moved here about 3 months ago and have been taking lesson from Sam over at Tybee Island, Savannah....bought a couple of kites and board... looking to go ... any where...lake lanier...coast ....I am game..
Hello Everybody Ive been into Kitesurfing for two years, Me, Mel and Chris are trying to meet regularly whenever its windy and kitesurf at the old federal park . it safe there , few trees , so whoever wants to come is most welcome on any windy day.
