Adventure Kiteboards has the almost mythical Ocean Rodeo Aluula kites on sale at 25% off. Aluula is a wonder material allowing higher pressures without adding weight (but also costs about double). Any insight whether this is because Aluula is getting cheaper or not enough people were paying the premium?

Here is something perhaps related in an email I got from them. (BTW - this shop is very good from everything I have experienced or heard.)
"All Aluula kites will be inspected before shipping so expect an unused kite that is not folded up as well as the factory. (Unfortunately, we've gotten some shady customers who claimed missing pigtails and other minor things to try to extort refunds. Yeah, we're salty about it.)"
