I built a kite like that 4M in area. Was actually fairly easy. Made it out of Dollar Tree Tarp. It was a bit scary to fly it because it really did pull hard if there was more than just a little wind. They are used at kite festivals to loft large inflatable which look like various animals or whatever.
Technically, she wasn't kiting. Rather, she was kited.
