Just a reminder that Gene's Consignment Shop is still alive and well.  Currently I have sails from $15 to $150, boards, masts, and other odds & ends ( http://www.expage.com/genesconsignment/ ). Over $3,000 of used equipment have been moved through the shop so far, and there have been some very good deals; high wind package for $550, like new Fiberspar carbon mast for $90, and great deals on sails ( http://www.expage.com/genesitemssold/ ).  People have been replacing gear they don't need or use for gear they want.  It is actually turning out much better than I expected (all I wanted to do when I started was to sell my 6.5 V-8 ).  What do you have, what do you need?

Now that Summer is here, there is a demand for some beginner packages.  If you have any beginner packages, older long boards, 2 piece epoxy masts, older booms, etc., now is the time to move them.  I would like to be able to offer several packages for around $50 complete, that beginners could learn on, and then sell them to other beginners.  And once beginners get the hang of the sport, they would buy more gear. So clean out that garage.
