Richard and Sam Genet have done it several times. You can find his past posts about it. Chris Voith has done it, iirc, on a longboard, too.

Alas, looking at registration, there's no place for fins or even windfoilers this year.
Update: I spoke to Michael at Force Wake & Kite shop and he suggested for windfoilers to sign up under wingfoil.
