Hi All,
I am pulling out of ATL next week and permanently moving to our home in Vero Beach. Earlier in the week tomorrow was looking pretty good for wind, and now starting to back off. But, I am probably going to give Vans Tavern Park a go in the morning. Sort of my last Foil session in ATlanta. It will be Friday and the temps look semi reasonable, so I am going to take a chance hope there’s 7-10k+. Maybe I will see you over there, if not, it’s been a pleasure Foiling & Sailing with you guys!! Definitely look me up if you’re in the Treasure Coast area of FL. Vero Beach Wingfoil Group on Facebook. Regards. Neil. PS: pic is one of my first successful flights on the lake, May 2020

That's a tough forecast for your last session. I hope I'm wrong and you get some wind. I'll join you if I thought there was even a chance of getting off the water.
Edit: took another look at the forecasts. It's not totally out of the question. GFS is pessimistic but Euro and HRRR are showing a glimmer of hope.
Someone fire up the alter!
I'll join you if the wind comes up. Doesn't look promising, but fingers crossed. It's been great sailing together.

Rain is supposed to be coincident with the chances for a breeze tomorrow am. Will keep an eye on it but, darn, I'd like a decent day.
After hearing people’s feedback on Forecast, I decided to monitor from Dunwoody to see if there was some activity before making the drive. As of 9:45am, I have seen 9k as the Max. Tends to slide back down to 6/7k and forecast has been degraded again. So, I am thinking it’s not worth the gamble. But will keep watching the Airport readings.

Since we couldn't all go out and get chilly this morning, let's sympathize with these poor souls...
