Fun time yesterday. Started out on my foil, then the wind cranked up with the cold front passing through & converted to windsurfing with same 6.7m sail. Rigged in shirtsleeves, de-rigged as darkness fell with my coat on - drove home with the heater on max. This is the last day in the year for "warm" 62F water.
Good turnout with Hamdi, Al, Roland, Chris V. & Chris P., new winger.
Howard, Randy and I sailed yesterday at Galts. Wind was softer than expected at first about 6-7 knots, but around 3 PM it cracked up and gave us good rides. Randy was Windfoiling, Howard and I were windsurfing with 7 and 7.5 sails, which gave us a lot of flying power. I was able to plane again more consistently now. Howard said he had the best windsurfing day ever, which was very encouraging to hear.
+1 by noon
Haizer and I plan to meet up at Galts this afternoon.
What happens in a black hole stays in a black hole.
I’m heading to Van Pugh. Arrive by 2PM.
