What's the volume & width? Is that Deep Tuttle?

Thanks Peel. I found this, from '99 American Windsurfer, showing it may be 164L. I'm sorta interested, esp since the nose is pre-broken
I've got a hacksaw. I've got resin. I've got glass. Heck, I even have a vacuum pump.
