Wind continues blowing here in Nags Head. After enjoying warm southerly wind Sunday-Tuesday, a cold front passed through just before dark bringing cool northerly wind yesterday and today.
Howard was out on his bike yesterday when we got the group photo, but I snapped the last photo of him today while out on the water.

We have enjoyed great wind and weather all week. Today it was really blasting, too much for me as I was blown all over, felt like I was in South Carolina at one point. Good thing it’s shallow here and I could walk back. I have had a few very brief moments of success, and hope the favorable conditions continue for the next crew.

Howard is being too modest. He went out again this afternoon after the wind dropped & was sailing in good form, successfully tacking, and got on a plane at times. That’s huge progress in only five days.

Great to see you guys. Looks like a happy crew.
Who’s the guy in yellow?
It's wonderful being here. So glad you were able to join us three years ago. It doesn't seem that long.
I bought a rash guard with a pattern, but got big push back from our guests, because wearing yellow, they know where to find me.
