Dogwood Regatta this w/e

It's open to small boats, so if we could muster 5 to race, I believe we'd have a separate start. There is also a Portsmouth Fleet (there is a Portsmouth rating for raceboards, but not yet for foils– sorry webguy).
Forecast looks like light & shifty on Saturday then ramping up on Sunday to 10-15 ish. I think this a Southern Sailing Club event but hosted at LLSC with supper & music Saturday night.

Let's gauge interest here first? More info here: https://llsc-keelboat-fleet.square.site/

I'd heard that the GT sailing club is somehow involved. Color me mildly interested. I was thinking of going to Charleston but, sitting here today, not really sure I'm up for driving five hours for a 20 minute sail.

Course racing or long distance?

Wish we had Sunday's forecast on Saturday. Forecast shows wind flipping from east around noon to SW in late afternoon. Fun for the race committee.
