Goals 2022

Keeping mine modest. If that works out, maybe '23 will bring me a flying or planing one.

Funny you should bring this up now, because have just finished an instructional video that addressed jibing. If you recall some months ago I got tired of seeing all the "How to pump onto a foil" videos, so I did the How Not Pump onto a Foil, showing how to foil w/o wasting the time and energy on pumping.

In my new video I should how to completely avoid the pointless effort surrounding jibing. I did it on land just because the water and air was too cold on the day I did my video. But the technique is very simple and applies on either land or sea. So here it is: How To Not Jibe.

And BTW - if you like my videos and want to keep them coming, please feel free to join my Patreon and send me some money.

Re: Goals 2022

When the water gets in the mid to low 50’s I’ll try one maybe two foiling jibes. After that I prefer to stay out of the water as much as possible and will stick to tacks and non foiling jibes.

Word on the street is that Langdon is nailing them now... way to go Langdon!

Swimming is good exercise Langdon, nothing to worry about. That’s why I am in no hurry to get a hang of jibing (yeah, that’s the only reason and I am sticking to that story!). ?

I am going to try for 360's by March

"Try" being the key word there...

Just do what I do - every time you get backwinded on a jibe just say: I was working on my 360s.

A lot more impressive than admitting you got slapped off your board for the umpteenth time.

btw, with the warm air temps, getting wet isn't all that bad. Kooked out a couple of times yesterday and it wasn't as bad as I would have figured. FoilOG (nee Foildodo) was getting serious work done on his jibes. Props.

I'd join your Patreon but I've been so disappointed with your OnlyFans. Let's just say that watching someone sew kites isn't what I was expecting. Lol

btw, found a great tutorial video for your method

What impresses me is how you've eliminated the most expensive piece of wind sport gear, the vehicle the rest of us drive to the Lake. It appears that you sail to the Lake on your land board. Way to go Randy!!!

It is a bit tricky at times, but I'm doing my part to save the whales.
