I hope to be there, if I can juggle work meetings.
I am with webguy on grabbing as many as possible, especially after 7 weeks away from it. Having said that, this weather is killing my sleep schedule - between catching up with work and school assignments, I am working everyday till 10-11pm (past my normal bed time) to make up for sail -and other hobbies- time. Looks like today is mtn biking, Fri rowing…oh boy, so much fun and so much work/school make up coming ☺️
Wow, tomorrow, Thursday looks amazing. Warm temps and wind sounds great. I better bring the 3/2, I might die in the 6/5!!!
I probably will be there at 11:00am. Got to get my parking spot!! I might have to bring some
Chalk and draw a “Wing” in that space!!

You’re in luck that I have a meeting at 11:30. Though, it’s not unlike me to join meetings from my car, sometimes in my wetsuit between sessions.
Here's the result from putting a GoPro camera at the end of my boom while foiling with a 6.7 meter sail. After half an hour of foiling, the wind picked up and I switched to windsurfing a 120 liter board with the same sail. It was a super fun day with temps in the mid 60's.
15-25 seemed about right at Old Fed as well. I sailed 5.7 but quickly switched to 4.7. Dave D. kite foiled and twin tipped while Rodger kite foiled earlier. There was no shortage of wind. You can see two of the dreaded islands (Scylla and Charybdis) in the distance.

Love the video "Hey Barrett - How High Were You Flying Today".
Yesterday was such a spectacular, happy, fun day at the Lake, I was definitely on a foil high. But last week I was actually flying high over Lake Lanier. We've been helping a student who lost support from his parents at an early age. He mentioned that he's never flown anywhere, and hadn't even been to the airport, or in a plane, so I invited him to go flying for an hour. I rented a plane and instructor at PDK airport and we flew over Lake Lanier. I renewed out-of-date piloting skills while our friend was thrilled to experience the joy of flight.

Yes - Fx looks great! I plan to sail at Van Pugh mid-day.

Gilmer reported a number of 15-25. I guess that's what made my sail rattle

Ancient mariners feared their swirling winds.
So do I.
Great description, Randy.
