Photos from OBX Fall Trip

After five days of continuous wind, conditions eased, and I mounted my GoPro on the end of my boom for these photos of sailing with Alain.

This morning we sailed in light conditions, then the wind died. We took advantage of the break to shop & ride bikes. Alain & Eric went to the sail repair shop in Avon. Howard made his delicious pizza from scratch for a wonderful dinner.

Dang, should have sent something with you guys...

Nice pics and glad someone is getting wind. You've missed nothing here. Nothing at all.

Sorry to hear there's no wind in ATL, but good to know we're not missing anything. Alain & Eric decided to spend their 1st no-wind day golfing. The rest of us rode bikes to the National Park "Lost Colony" sit on Roanoke Island. Photo is of our group departing for the ride.

Tomorrow the wind comes back from the SW, the best direction for both windsurfing & foiling.

Today, Saturday, the wind ramped up from the SW and blew right up to sunset. Conditions were perfect - warm & sunny with side shore wind. Photo thanks to my brother, Philip.
