Your timing sucks…i get the rule but who is going to tell me the actual degrees today? You call a phone number or something like that?
Enjoy your visit/ trip

I haven't heard it in a year and it still rings in my mind. Before we had rich internet resources, this was the ONLY way to get a good indication of what was going on at the lake. I have no idea how I came across the number but it was like finding the opening to a treasure cave.
If you look at the web page that give the hourly or 5 minute readinds and click the raw observations link you will be able to see the direction in degrees.

1ish for me.
Probably at VP.
OF is always better ?. Some kiters will be there, weather permitting in the afternoon.

If the wind is steady, maybe we'll pop over and say hello.

Should have gone this morning. Nasty line of showers to the north slowly dropping down.

Some caps upwind

Came in before gust front hit
Hamdi and Langdon hanging on still
Oy
It did get a bit breezy.
The thunder kept most of that pesky boat traffic at bay.
I had a good time...there was some decent swell South of VP in front of the little islands
I99/5.7m (could have used the 4.7m)
Hamdi was holding down the 6.4m
