Hopefully be on the water by 4. Probably at OF.
Winds are forecasted to be SW.
I can also go to VP if that is the consensus but someone call it before 3
OF live report - underwhelming here as well. Light ripples, nothing else. 8+ sails plus 30lb less weight might work, I doubt I could make it work. Good thing I have no salt to wash off ?
I arrived at Van Pugh to find conditions as William reported, but what the heck, after driving an hour to the Lake, I decided to rig up. After slogging around for half an hour, I saw William pump up on his foil. Soon, Alan & I were able to follow his lead and get long foiling runs across the Lake. My sail was a 6.7meter Ezzy Hydra. It was a fun way to wash the salt off.
Johnny arrived just as we were de-rigging. Hope he was able to get some runs in before it rained.

Joys of retired life…those of us who punch a time card can’t wait around in case the wind picks up and instead move onto more sure activities (at least that’s the case for me). Oh well, paycheck makes it all forgotten ?

Hopefully early afternoon. Thinking VP so I can make some long tracks. Hope to rinse some salt off some gear.
OF for me, given how much SW it is forecasted. Targeting 2-2:30
Live vp report. Underwhelming. 6-10. No caps. A bit of rain I drive up.

Channey coming later. Not doing laundry.
