I know that some of us sometimes get tight forearms from clutching the boom (or wing) too long or too hard. Here's a good solution for resting your arms for a moment.
YES - this is the solution to cramping hands I’ve been looking for. Maybe a rope from my harness through a pulley at the top of my mast will make this rest exercise work.
