Friday afternoon - Green Pond on Hartwell?

not sure I'll be able to make it... but maybe/hopefully. Anyone contemplating a drive up? Water's high, clean, and apparently a few degrees warmer than Lanier

Thanks for the invite. Today may be a tough one for most of us but we're about into the nutso boating season so Saturday and Sunday sessions are a lot more likely.
Surveying the massive amount of housing getting built around Lanier and I guarantee that summer weekends will be ridiculous in a few years.
Keep my parking spot open for late May through August. Have fun today and take pics!

Fun day on Lanier 5.7m I99.

Great turnout.
Wish I had took some photos. Gotta bring the GoPro again.

Steadiest winds were at the end of the session, again. New sail makes going upwind super easy and it turns out not to be a total beast in jibes as I feared. Review coming soon. Thanks to Alan for heads up on the traffic on 985 going home. Return legs last few times have been brutal - weekend construction and accidents.

I counted 11 I think? Nine windsurf/foil and two wings. Good part with the foils is the upwind abilities spread us out a fair amount. Not like the old days where we are all locked in the same lane playing dodge car.
