Probably similar enough in size to give you a general idea for sail/fin size, etc.
Oldest catalogue I could find is '06: http://www.windsurfing44.com/matos/Quatro/2006/Quatro_2006_en.pdf
Shows recommended sail size under 6.7 and stock fin is a 27cm. Sounds about right - I think most of us would start with something in the 6.0 and below for sail size on a 95 l.
Unless you have a trip to OBX or somewhere similar, just a reminder that your chances to use a board this size will diminish greatly within weeks until next September (or some tropical wind). Budget/price
accordingly.

Cool thanks, this is actually the board I have, so its an 06 not an 04 like I thought. I assumed the "04" logo on the board indicated year, but obviously not. Any idea what that is?

Just a guess: Quatro... Four (04) founders: Keith Teboul, Jason Prior, Sean Ordonez and Francisco Goya
My speculation but seems reasonable. They started the business in 87https://boardseekermag.com/features/industry-masters-keith-teboul/
(Seems like a typo - Keith says 96)
A movie about these guys from '99
