Sailing in Charleston

We've been sailing with Rhett at Isle of Palms near Charleston. Yesterday we foiled in the AM & windsurfed 6.4 & 7.0m sails with swell on the ocean & mild surf on shore. In the AM we were thrilled to have a pod of dolphins surface next to us & in the PM we had fun on the waves.

We brought food and are staying away from crowded restaurants.

Great pic! What is the sandbar like now? Years ago we sailed inside of the sandbar. We went a few years back and there was very little room anymore, and lots of kiters in the space that was available.

What happens in a black hole stays in a black hole.

Re: Sailing in Charleston

We’re sailing just east of Breach inlet, so there’s no large sandbar here. There is surf to get through as the wind picks up.
