Sort of looks electrifying to me. One thing about wings - if there are kiters, windsurfers and wingers present - guess who gets hit by lightening last?

Just got to Vanns. Hit rain on the way, seems clearing now. Seems decent breeze, occasional small white caps. I think 7.6 would work, maybe even 6.4. Don't know about 5.2 unless you're Gene or we know who else ?
Had a good evening at Vanns. Foiled until 8pm. Alan did great with the new big Moses wing. Hamdi, Alan and myself got many long flights in light wind with flat water.
After Hamdi went to shore Alan and I got a bonus 2 to 5 mph more wind that we put to good use. Thank you Hamdi.

I had needed some flight time
Great to hear, glad to help. I had pretty good flights before I quit and was feeling bad particularly for Alan as it looked like wind died right when he got on the water. Glad i gave you guys a "2nd wind", pun intended.
Unlike Gene that infamous ('after Gene left') day, Hamdi got pretty good long rides before he bailed out today - so, no regrets and glad I was able to give some as well. ?

I guess it's time for "a kiter, windsurfer and winger walk into a bar" jokes.
To answer your question, we should have a separate thread.
btw, I have it on good authority that Langdon is close to claiming the Loretta's prize. He did a few bounces on the way out but got all the way around today.
Next full foiling jibe gets dinner on me from Loretta's in Oakwood. It's a fave greasy spoon among some including Alan, Gene, Langdon and Peelskid. Good fried chicken but double up on your cholesterol and diabeetus meds before going.
I couldn't get any takers for Pulitzer's Deli, Cantina Noble, Emmy's BBQ or Tony's Italian. Go figure. (Yes, this part is a joke.)
I will likely sail as well. Due to distance, late in the day, and wind direction, might be at Vanns.
I can go to Vanns just as easy as VP.
NE at VP can be weird sometimes as it crosses Aqualand
I hope to sail as well and prefer VP if anyone else is going. Tuesday AM is now looking better with no wind Monday.

Take an umbrella. Tuesday morning looks cool and breezy
Radar already showing bits in N. GA.
1’s and 0’s ?

I rather dislike this song but it fits

View from Oakwood looking toward the lake
Still aiming for Vanns ~5:30.
Dots are back, hopefully rain and electricity will have cleared out by 6

What is the Loretta's prize?
