Hard to tell for sure but the numbers for McCollum looked better than G-Ville. I usually am more inclined to bet on Lanier for E but the forecasts also favored Toona. Would really help if the beach at Galts wasn't closed. Pretty difficult to launch from the boat ramp for an easterly. Has anyone been Galts recently?

McCollum, I thought too, looked better. But, I was seduced by the more open space even though I didn't end up using that much. Plus if it was a total waste, I could go do yard work nearby.
Channey was there when I go to Vanns. He was pretty much finished for the day but wanted to see me pump my butt off. He got something better: my uphaul unknotted while I was trying to pop the sail up and the cams at the same time. I did a half back flip in front of the gathered crowd of no one.
Spotty flights for a while but ended up getting a good 30-45 min where I could chain a bunch of jibes together and stay flying. Ended the day talking to George and Jenny who were flying RC wings. Langdon came for the late shift.
Even though I am a licensed fisherman, I learned something new today. Alan taught me that if you hold your fish arms length in front of you towards the camera, it looks a lot bigger.

Makes you wonder if fish smile when they catch flies.
I saw the coolest nature scene today, An Osprey dove right in front of me caught a trout and flew off with it.
