That's the Moses kitefoil and fuse (you can tell by the absence of the W after the 75 or 91 decal)
That adapter wont fit any of the Moses Windfoil (W) mast or Fuselages and the maker has no plans to make an adapter for the Moses windfoil anytime soon.
