Windsport - from North Beach St. Pete

Three of the four five really fun branches. Updated due to Randy's comments below. Biggrin

Say hey to Britt and Karen for us. Britt was very generous with his help when Langdon and I were "racing" in Clearwater. Biggrin

I think you are missing some windsports. If windsurfing and windfoiling are 2 sports, then kitesurfing and kite foiling would be two as well. Arguably there is also "sit down sailing" , "sit down foil sailing" and boardsailing (longboarding) to name a few other aquacentric windsports.

I do wonder sometimes if this sort of fragmentation of the sport is the best thing (something for everyone) that ever happened to it or the worst (everybody is doing something different). I wish some philosophers somewhere would address this issue.........

What happens in a black hole stays in a black hole.

Edited per your first comment with a tongue and cheek qualifier. Good points. Humans naturally fragment everything. We're very tribal.

This comedy bit holds up 30 yrs later

You left out another windsport: Windsuitfoiling. (Of course it is Kai Lenny, who seems to have Super Powers so maybe he doesn't count.)
