That was fun

This is the first film to cut through the cultural divide between kiters and windsurfers. Point Break has swagger to spare, but there's a breath of charm too, all the more seductive in the overblown atmosphere of the kiting world. If this isn't indisputably the best of the surfing films, it is certainly a contender. That being said, there's a limited customer base for subtitled, foreign-language films, so don't expect Point Break to make a killing at the box office.

It's a windsurfing flick - no matter the language, no more than thirty seven people will see it. Mostly because windsurfers are cheap b*stards. I can't see them paying for a movie ticket if they won't pay $18 for a new tendon for their UJ to prevent a life threatening swim on an offshore day.

Tell people it has scenes of foiling in 3 knots and it has a chance. Those crazy windfoilers will spend money on any stupid thing. Ask Dave Ezzy...
