So do they run a Figure 8 course for foiling races?
What happens in a black hole stays in a black hole.
That's the new serpentine course. Peter Falk and Alan Arkin doing a dry land version.
--- The Arrogant Jerk: Crabby and irritable since 1998.
Looks like Starboard iFoil is provisional winner.
Interesting that it includes provision for finned sailing (high winds) and variations for courses beyond the usual upwind/downwind.

World Sailing Equipment Committee officially recommends iFoil for Paris 2024: https://www.sailing.org/news/89464.php
Their proposal:
Interviews with many of the Starboard crew who were involved in the iFoil development. https://windsurf.star-board.com/ifoil-the-olympics-2024-and-beyond/
Surprised they couldn't find a better pic of Remi Villa. Dude looks like he's watching someone's poodle crap on his lawn. Maybe doing something like, "Hey Remi, face this way and smile."
The new iFoil board in action with a fin. Makes me feel better about my decision to get a convertible for my next board.
