Seems to me the perfect opportunity to do some Rob Rock on the board and make it into a proper foil board.

Flat water isn't flat water with a foil. Small sail fun in France. Since moredownhaul has a Horue, I expect him to be doing this stuff by early autumn.

That place looks a lot like OBX. That structure at .27 looks like duck blind. I'm guessing it isn't OBX with masts that long, though. If it was every once in a while, instead of the nose jumping out of the water, it would be diving into it.
