If you're headed to a midweek session at Van Pugh, heads up:
Motorists who travel I-985 should prepare once again for delays and lane closures as the latest step in the road’s makeover gets underway Monday.Georgia DOT crews will begin working during the day on I-985’s northbound lanes to replace concrete slabs. This work will close the right lane between I-85 and State Route 20 on weekdays between 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. and continue through Friday, April 5.
Additionally, the grinding and striping project will begin Monday night in the same area. This project will require lane closures overnight between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sunday to Friday.
