Mentions saturated ground - could be they are worried about trees falling over if it is not due to too high water level. If WB is too high - why wouldn't some of the other parks be as well?

Just speculating - either bank erosion or trees that have come down or are dangerously leaning. Can't get heavy machinery in without tearing things up.

Makes sense to me. I knew the sea levels were supposed to start rising, but I didn't think it would start in Atlanta.
