Rigged & ready at noon for 1 or 2 short & fun races. Trophies awarded based on entries immediately following (you could end up with an entire set)! Watch this space for location.
Oh man, it's looking pretty good now with dots even! SW seems to be the consensus forecast, so LLSC is the call unless something weird happens.
Gene suggests a reach/reach/back-to-the-beach course, since he's planning to windsup. Webguy is lobbying for French Foiling. (So gay (not that there's anything wrong with that)). Given the improving forecast, we might make the Marek threshold, compelling slalom racing. We could institute the "Go-cart Racing Rules" wherein the lead board must go to the back of the pack and eventually we all finish together, singing Kumbaya. Real men and women of course do windward/leeward courses. Best plan might be to have as many divisions as entries... and just do your own thang.
There's no entry fee, but if you want to throw in a few bucks to cover the cost of trophies, I won't try to stop you. I suggest you grab a sandwich & libation on the way for when the "racing" chaos wraps up and civility returns. I think the club's gate will be open, or open when you pull all the way up to it. Just in case, the code is 1891.
We did have two races today. I competed in the DNF - SUP class with Gene. William owned to Foil Class. Eric got two wins in the Windsurfer Class and was the overall champ. Here he is crossing the finish line.

Here is a view some of the fleet and the difficult conditions we bravely endured. Despite these hardships it was a lovely day, and a chance to see friends and their new foils and other windsport stuff.

Looking like steep SW.
LLSC for the launch?
As I said in email - I'm in - thank you Chris!!!
I may show up by boat to watch. Not enough wind to float me on my 96L.
Maybe I can get a spectator trophy
Marek
Hit me up if you want to borrow something more worthy. That way, you can at least, like me, get a participation trophy.

I owned my class, I also came in dead effing last in my class. I was the only one in my class.
Thanks to Chris for organizing and everyone who came out and bravely ventured. It's fun. More so just for getting together.
Looking forward to the big FOUR ONE!
Thank you Chris.
It was a fun day !
Yes - thanks to Chris!!

Sorry I didn't coax Clayton, who also got a well deserved First, into this shot.
