I will probably sail Saturday afternoon on Lanier
Allatoona can get pretty choppy. It's also narrower than Lanier so (in my experience) on busy days, you have more traffic to mind. Power boats plus a regatta from AYC. The boats are smaller though. A lot of geography to the west so west days are more squirrely than VP.
I may hold out for late Saturday w/ some moonsailing.
We will be on our boat creating more chop, Probably sail up to Van Pugh in the afternoon Saturday.
