Week of March 12

Yeah, I said week of. For the dud last fall was and the way too cold days this winter, this is the payback. Book your doctor's appointments now.

Dr.Van Pugh (afflictions of the white caps) - 770-555-2698
Dr. Al Toona (wind and family therapy) - 770-555-9910

When the number starts with a three, I'm happy to embrace my softer side. Biggrin

Randy sticks to the asphalt on cold days now. The Iceman has become Mr. Macadam.

Edit: I'm going but I'm reserving the right to stay the * in the car.

Usually its the grass and mud I ride on. Today may be too muddy, so I may try the asphalt again. I don't know if I can windsurf now though - I'm doing PT for the quad strain I got the last time I windsurfed. But it is getting better I think.

Sorry to hear about the quad strain. Hope to see you back on the water with it warms up.

Thanks. I gave my PT until first week in April to cure me. I have been out on my kiteboat once and buggy/board a couple dozen times - kitesport is less taxing the lower body than windsurf I think.

So asphalt it was. My first crack at riding one handed.

In my opinion, monday's wind was probably the worst wind I've ever tried to sail in.

Anybody going to try it again today?

I'm with Gene on this one. After an hour or so of frustration I packed up my toys and went home to fold socks....at least that was fun.

Re: Week of March 12

Quick late sesh today with Gene. Ended the day pretty powered up on a 6.0. Things were much calmer and steadier than yesterday.
